We are not responsible for the lost of any items once shipped or for items arriving late. We deeply encourage you to follow you package using your tracking number.
If your package is not delivered and comes back to us, we will contact you and the shipping cost will be added.
Following the preparation and packaging time, ORDERS ARE DELIVERED IN 4 TO 7 BUSINESS DAYS IN CANADA*.

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 5 working days for in-stock items. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed the next business day.
Delivery times for certain exclusive online items or in pre-order could be longer.
Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for deliveries to rural areas.
Taxes and customs fees
Orders shipped in Canada are subject to sales tax :– In Quebec are subject to 5 % GST and 9.975 % QST for a total of 14.975%.
– In Ontario, Newfoundland, Labrador and New Brunswick are subject to 13 % HST.
– In Prince Edward Island are subject to 14 % HST.
– In Nova Scotia are subject to 15 % HST.
– In other provinces and territories are subject to 5 % GST.
For orders shipped outside of Canada, you should consult the custom agency of your country. We are not responsible for any Customs law that can occurs.
All products purchased through one of our independent retailers must be returned to the store in which they were purchased.
Colors could vary slightly between the website’s pictures and the final product due to your screen calibration.
All products purchased through www.wallo.ca must be returned according to the return policy Bellow. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for additional information. Shipping fees for return purchases are non-refundable. For an easy return we can provide to you our UPS number and the fees will be applied to the refund payment. All Gift cards and Gift box are non-returnable.
You must contact us by phone or email and be authorized by a member of our team before returning your order inside a 14 days period following the reception of the order. After this period, the item will become a final sale. Items on sale are considered a final sale and cannot be refund.
Your original receipt must accompany your returned items to process your refund. All items must not be worn, altered, damaged or washed, must be in their original state, with all tickets and tag attached to the clothes and must be in their original package. The shipping cost will not be refunded. Items returned in a poor condition may be returned to the customer.
We will then give you a return number. Please email your order confirmation number and your name to email@example.com for a return authorization number or call +1 418 480 7289.
Once your package has been received by Wallo, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment (i.e. same credit card) within five business days. You will be notified, via email when the refund has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and credit this transaction to your account once it has received the refund confirmation from Wallo.
For returns coming from the United States, the items must be marked “return of Canadian goods” if you don’t want them to be returned to you by customs.
To return merchandise by mail, please follow these steps:
- Please email your order confirmation number and your name to firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization number or call +1 418 480 7289, inside a 14 days period following the reception of the order.
- Take your original invoice and circle the item(s) you are returning.
For each item being returned, please indicate the reason using the codes below by simply writing the corresponding letter next to each of the items you have circled:
A) Too big
B) Too small
C) Not as I expected
D) Arrived too late
E) Damaged or defective (please indicate the location of the defect)
F) Wrong item or color
G) Duplicate shipment sent
H) Changed mind
Carefully pack the items to be returned and enclose the updated copy of the invoice. Affix the pre-paid shipping label to your return parcel and drop your parcel off at any Canada Post location or UPS in USA.

From the time your return parcel arrives at our Distribution Center, please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed and 1-2 billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement.Please be sure to apply sufficient postage to ensure delivery of your return package. We encourage the use of a traceable shipping method for your return, as we are not responsible for lost parcels. We do not accept COD or collect deliveries.
How do coupon codes work?
Occasionally we will provide coupon codes with special offers and discounts. These can be found in emails, on social media, or at promotional events. Discount codes can be entered at the checkout screen.
Coupon codes are for one time use only and we reserve the right to suspend their usage at any moment. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments.
Excluding promotional codes and discounts, price adjustments can be made within 14 days of purchase only if the purchased item is still available in the same size and in the same color. Items that have received a price adjustment automatically become a final sale.
We have the right to refuse any transactions if the bank does not give us a positive verification of the customer. It is at our discretion to deny the right to complete an order or service to anyone at any time.
Dates of the current offers, prices and availability of goods on the website may be change without notice. We work hard to show only the available articles and to resupply stocks regularly. However, it may happen that we run out of stock of certain colours or sizes of items in our inventory when the order is placed. Once your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation with the date of receipt of your order, the availability and the price of each article ordered. From time-to-time, we may have to cancel an order placed through our website if, for example, the merchandise ordered unexpectedly becomes unavailable for shipment.
While we try as hard as possible to meet your needs, we reserve the right to revise any price or inaccurate description and to cancel or refuse any order with an inaccurate price or description. These corrections can be made even after the acceptance of an order.
